Limerick Animal Welfare Happy Dog Sunday Sunday 17th May 2009 It was smiles all round at the Limerick Animal Welfare annual doggie day out in the People’s Park in Limerick. The day was a great success despite heavy showers! We donate food to Limerick Animal Welfare so we got loads of positive feedback from the volunteers about the health of the animals in the sanctuary. Competition winners were also delighted with their Burns prizes. Thanks to the Limerick Animal Welfare volunteers for all their hard work in organising the day. We love this cute photo of Tipp, by Glenda Hayde in Dublin. Tipp has enjoyed Burns for the past three years, including her favourite Kelties. Her name comes from the fact that she was found straying in Tipperary.
